What’s your fitness age?
When tracking your fitness level (VO2max) with your #suunto5 or #suunto3fitness, you can also see your fitness age.

If your VO2max is below average for your age group, your fitness age is older than your actual age and vice versa. If you have a good capacity for aerobic endurance, you might be much younger than your driver’s license says.

unclemelt You have abandoned ambit3 owners with the new suunto app. Feature crippled compared to movescount. I bought my watch in January this year. If you I had known. The retail packaging still showed movescount, as does your still current inkine shop page for the ambit3. I'd like to discuss a free upgrade or a refund.

radous78 Looks great, will be available on Spartan Sport as well? ☺️ Why the VO2max function is missing? PTE and EPOC values are not comparable with the others using Garmin VO2max.

suunto To see your fitness age, go to the fitness level view and press the middle button. That will reveal your fitness age on the bottom row.

chris.shanko Why don’t the previous suunto watches like spartan sport have features like this? Seems pretty standard on all other brands watches .

oriolp13 How can we track VO2max with Suunto 9 Baro and Suunto app? We can watch it before through moovescount but not now with Suunto App
