6 SMITH MACHINE WORKOUTS 🍑
1) donkey kicks for isolation - 3x12-15 each leg - go slow and up in weight
2) leg press - Smith allows you to get lower than leg press for more ROM and gIoot engagement! 3x15-20
3) Lunge/Split squats - really isolate the gIoot 3x15 each leg
4) wide stance squats 3x15-20 work on going heavy, going lower than what you can on barbell squats, pulse and pause for extra burn 🔥🔥
5) Step ups - awesome gIoot isolation when go low and drive through heel work 3x12-15 each leg
6) Narrow stance squats for quad and hammie work! 3x15-
