INGREDIENTS:
300g White Chocolate
70g Butter
150ml Heavy Cream
3 Eggs
50g Sugar
25g Matcha
20g Cornstarch
.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix 3 eggs and 50g sugar in a bowl.
2. Add 25g Matcha powder and 20g corn starch through a sieve to the egg mix.
3. Prepare a bowl over boiling water and melt 300g white chocolate and 100g butter.
4. When the white chocolate and butter is melted, add 150ml heavy cream and mix.
5. Put #2 batter in white chocolate mix.
6. Pour the batter in an oven pan and bake it in 160°C oven for an hour.
7. Cool it down and refrigerate for more than 4 hours and sprinkle matcha powder on top.
