Does anyone else struggle with healthy weight gain? -

I’ve been lifting heavy, no gym cardio, eating and drinking intuitively. -

I’m up 15 pounds since I last stepped on stage. It’s always been a struggle for me to embrace a much softer look. Everyday I love it more and more and I couldn’t be more grateful for this new perspective.🙏🏼 -

smithsar_ Once you have a baby, and drop the weight, your will never look at your body the same. But it’s something beautiful. I love my new body being a mommy of two. Even though I’m 10lbs lighter than before I had kiddos, you just see this change that you love so much more. I’m not as strong, but I am not as bulky, I am way more lean, and I embrace so much more physical activities rather than spending all my time in the gym. You will love it, it changes your life..not just body.? so my experience with babies and body building was awesome. I actually came out more confident.

I competed this spring season my first competitions in bikini fitness class and it’s very hard to accept the softer look and don’t compare it to the competition shape. gemz_3 You look amazing and strong not soft at all. But I’m 5’2 1/2” so I get it any weight gain on such a small frame is so noticeable. Pregnancy and post partum is a wild ride for that fact. But life is a journey and all experiences shape us. ? you look happier and I hope that’s true
