WHAT DOES BALANCE MEAN TO YOU?

In the right pic I weigh 116 lbs. It’s my recent physique update and I’m roughly eating about 2,000 calories per day (not strictly tracking) and going to the gym 4 days per week with only outdoor cardio (biking, walking, etc). In the left picture I was 110 pounds eating 1,700 calories per day, lifting & cardio 6 days per week, multiple times per day (for competition prep).

Even for someone like me that has been competing for 8+ years and lifting for 17 years, I’m still trying to find balance and learning how to accept and love my body at all stages. -
I struggle even today accepting my body on the right but going to the gym, not restricting what I eat and not forcing myself to do excessive cardio has been a balance that I love. -

It’s our responsibility to find our balance in living a healthy lifestyle. Everyday is going to throw you new challenges and that’s ok! ROLL with the PUNCHES and do your best because thats all we can do. -

Don’t beat yourself up about missing 1 day in the gym or occasionally indulging on food. Instead know you are trying your best and KEEP TRYING, KEEP GOING,STAY CONSISTENT AND CONTINUE TO FIND YOUR BALANCE. -

I just wanted to share with you all that I struggle to find balance and accept my body and to not be so hard on yourself. We’re all in this together and all women deserve to be happy in their OWN MIND & BODY!
