It was great to be able to compete last week in Australia but this week it has been clear that I’m still not 100% ready, so we’ve made the decision to withdraw from Oceania Champs. Instead I’ll keep training and working towards Doha. I’m really disappointed to not compete with the rest of the NZ team in the biggest Oceania’s yet but unfortunately that’s just the nature of being an athlete. Best of luck to everyone still to compete, I know you’ll do New Zealand proud 🌿💪🏼
