The first day of our #followmeto trip we spent in Amman. We wanted to show a culture part of the city to guys – we visited Citadel, tried national cuisine – it was difficult to leave the table after starters. But that day started with early wake up and meditation on helipad!! The city was still sleeping, the first rays of the sun filled us with light and force, we were breathing in unison with the city, we were getting open and ready to a kind and exiting trip across the country witch history starts from the 9-th century B.S.

Первый день путешествия мы провели в Аммане. Нам хотелось показать ребятам культурную часть – мы сходили в Цитадель, попробовать национальную еду – на моменте закусок уже было сложно встать из стола. Ну и путешествие началось с раннего подъема, чтобы позаниматься йогой и медитацией на вертолетной площадке!!! Город ещё не проснулся, первые лучи солнца ласково наполняли нас своей силой и светом, мы дышали в унисон с городом, мы открывались и настраивались на увлекательное, доброе путешествие по стране, история которой начинается примерно с 9 векa до нашей эры и Аммунитов. #followmetojordan
