S U N D A Y S U P P E R - I almost always have a bolognese sauce in the freezer. It’s super versatile. Here I’ve roasted some aubergines until tender topped with bolognese, dollop of quark, fresh herbs and a sprinkle with parmesan. Dinner done in 30 mins with minimal effort.

Dumplings.....Chinese for a quick fry or steamed with a Chinese vege soup or Knoedel (Kaese, Spinat or Speck) served with Sauerkraut or in a broth or ricotta dumplings any variation will do and are versatile. Plus a yummy ? tomato and garlic sugo is a must in the freezer. Quickly served with ? pasta or with the ricotta dumplings.... a favourite of my little girl!

My absolute must have in the freezer is frozen fruit. I just love mixing them with natural yoghurt, putting them on baked oats in the morning. I just love them.

Yes! We do the same, we stuff Romano peppers and add mozzarella and basil, or courgette boats or stuffed portobello mushrooms. Love bolognese ?

Bolognese for sure :) Chopped chives, leeks, peas, cooked beans, and definitely all kinds of berries.
