Do you know your own energy/essence levels? Sometimes what we think is “ours” is a combination of yours, the hairdressers, the man at the coffee shop, your friend’s, your colleagues. Making it seem as though “you” are overrun and depleted with your own junk. When in reality - it’s often a combo of all. So go to a quiet place on your OWN, be free of other energy and try to recognise what is yours to deal with. What is not yours, release with love and send it on its merry way.
