I had never climbed outside in Mexico before (just competed in Mexico City prior back in 2004 at the Continental Championships). It was a really easy and economical trip to make; we flew to Monterrey and traveled an hour by car with @feryrodriguez_climbing into the mountains. The zone there is really climber- friendly. We didn’t need to drive at all; from where we were staying we could hike in to all of the climbing. We put together an episode from the trip with @tjtriage @mut.mx - the link is in my profile!
