“The challenge was the lifestyle change that I desperately needed. I swear this past year was a test for how much I could handle - everything that could go wrong in my life, unfortunately did. I knew something needed to change in my life and that is why I needed to complete this challenge. I was skeptical at first, but once I started seeing results, it kept motivating me so much more. First off, I want to say that this experience has helped me tremendously. Not just to loss weight but I feel like I’ve regained my confidence again and am not ashamed of myself. I love looking at myself in the mirror again And the compliments from my family, friends, and fiancé were probably the best part of it because I knew others were seeing my results. 5 weeks ago if I was told I would loss all the weight that I did, I wouldn’t of believed it.
