The beautiful thing about fitness is that anyone can participate in some form or fashion. It doesn’t matter what experience you have (or don’t have). Almost every exercise can be modified and broken down. I believe that wayy too many people get stuck in their own heads when it comes to working out. People think “I can’t do that” or “she/he is so much better than me”. Sadly, these thoughts hold people back and actually prevent some from even starting..

Your goal should be to better YOURSELF. Don’t worry about anyone else. Do what YOU can. If something looks “intimidating” I promise you that A) it’s not as bad as you think and B) there‘s a less “intimidating” option for you. You have to start somewhere. This made me sign up for class especially after your call about my illness. You have a great workout facility and with you and the rest of the team ANYONE CAN DO IT. I learned I have to modify some but I know and feel good after and during the workout. So glad to be a part of the fabulous gym and membership you have given me. I look forward to the up and coming months and maybe hill runs. I appreciate your enthusiasm and effort to keep us all excited and ready to roll.

This post is very inspiring. Thank you. ?? as a 50 year old woman who regularly attends HIIT classes it’s sometimes embarrassing when I can’t do it all. So I have to remind myself doing SOMETHING is better than doing nothing. Your posts are encouraging & if we lived in Nashville we would be Booth members 1000%!

I just started running / walking it takes me a ton of discipline to push myself out the door once I'm doing it and out of the house it's not that bad . Its forcing myself to push through what I dont eant to do . I hope I can stick with it.

@shawn_booth18 Very true but you must admit having s low back issue and bilateral knee replacements dies make it difficult
