ノーブル・イグウェさんのインスタグラム写真 - (ノーブル・イグウェInstagram)「Quick One: I have had people come to me to say that “Ah, this one your story is out there, that’s how world people will be looking out for something bad to happen to your marriage so they’ll say I told you so” but here’s the thing, as a people we have focused some much on the negative part of lives that we don’t even want to take joy from the little wins. We don’t want share that we are happy on Monday because we may be sad on Tuesday. We are used to people seeing ONLY the negative in every situation that we only look forward to that. In every relationship and marriage, there are fights and sometimes these fights are small enough to be pushed aside but many marriages have broken up because of these little fights. The same way people have come to me to say that this story have inspired them is the same way it’s inspiring me because we all get lazy in marriage and then start living everyday without putting effort into the things that meant so much in the chasing or dating days, telling my story has taught me to also do better. My story isn’t the best and you can’t use it to judge your partner, let’s all use it to get better and love another another. The following morning, I got to Aunty’s house at 8:20am and Chioma was still asleep and I had to wait downstairs for her to wake up,have her bath and then we stepped out to start the day by 10am. The idea was to spend the whole day and not keep her out late because it was her first time at Aunty’s house . Chioma: What are we doing today ? Nobs : We are going to go to the office to meet some of the people I work with and then we’d get lunch later. We drove to VI where my office was at the time and we meet my colleagues, then stayed in the office a bit. Later in the day, we drove to Jevnik for lunch. Chioma : Why is the food so big ? Nobs : It’s meant for bachelors like us, sometimes I buy takeout so I can use the soup for meals for days. Chioma : Onye Igbo Nobs : This is how to survive in Lagos Chioma : Now that I’m around, I may just show you how I prepare bitter leave soup. Nobs :Then we may have to drive through Oniru market.
