Funnily enough we haven’t actually seen each other for nearly 3 months because we have both been travelling for work. (We can’t wait to be reunited this weekend ) 😍😊

So just to show you don’t always need a partner here’s a workout that you can do by yourself in the gym or at home because you also don’t need any equipment, but you still get all the benefits !!!

THE WORK OUT
3 - 5 sets
1 minute rest between sets

🔺Squats -10-15 reps
🔺Hamstring bridges -(10-12 reps)💡dig heels into the ground to really engage your hamstrings.
