Being a #momma makes it hard to have a lot of me time 😊 Whenever I get the chance, I love to wind down at the end of the day with an Epsom salt bath. 🛁 Not only does it give me a chance to clear my head and reflect on the day, it also has a ton of health benefits. ✨ Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate, which helps the body reduce inflammation, balance enzymes and flush toxins from the skin, our largest detoxifying organ.
Making an Epsom salt bath is really easy! Just add 2-3 cups of Epsom salt to a warm bath. You can also add a few drops of a calming essential oil, like lavender, to enhance the relaxing effects.🧖♀️
