Stay yolk!🍳 Japanese egg salad sandwich (tamago sando) inspired by the @konbi recipe in The NY Times. Added a twist to it by incorporating scallions and furikake into the egg salad mixture. A fluffy, soft and flavorful sandwich for #nationaleggday! 😋

@c_ngo I was in OC over the weekend and got the shokupan at the Hamada-ya Bakery located in the Costa Mesa Mitsuwa. Such a yummy bakery!
