Add pork to slow cooker along with bay leaves, garlic, cinnamon sticks. Squeeze orange juice into slow cooker as well as the oranges themselves, then add enough broth to just cover the pork. Cover with lid and cook on low setting for 8-10 hours.⠀ ⠀ Place pork shoulder onto a large plate, discarding the bone/excess fat. Strain the liquid and skim off the fat, then reserve.⠀ ⠀ Heat ghee in a skillet and working in batches, add pork and cook until one side is golden brown.
