Train hard, recover hard.

Here’s what I’ve found works great for me for my active recovery days (Sundays I take completely off, these are my Thursdays):

• Sleep 8-10 hrs
• Long easy swim + sauna
• Bodywork at @tb12sports + also been trying accupuncture lately (facing my needle fears hehe)
• I like getting adjusted by my chiro but I don’t like too much bodywork in one day so I try to put that on another day.
• Normatec for 30-40mins
• A @gowod_mobilityfirst session when I get home to wind down at night.
• Hangout w friends, get coffee, get a mani pedi, go shopping, .. just SOMETHING not fitness related. I always feel so refreshed after ☺️✨
