New York Steak with a Cajun Compound Butter⠀

*Let the Steak rest before cutting. I cut early for filming purposes.⠀

❤️New York Steak / 1-2 inch thick⠀
❤️#flavorgod Himalayan Salt & Pepper⠀
❤️fresh parsley⠀
❤️butter⠀
❤️oil⠀

💥preheat oven 375*F.⠀
💥season steak.⠀
💥make compound butter with: butter, parsley & Cajun seasoning.⠀
💥preheat pan!!!!! *important⠀
💥Sear steak in oil on both sides in cast iron skillet or heavy pan. Total searing about 4 minutes. (2 min each side)⠀
💥turn off heat⠀
💥Add butter, Baste steak with butter in skillet.⠀
💥Than in oven 375* for 10 min in cast iron.⠀
💥Rest 10 minutes before cutting into steak.⠀
