Andrelton Simmons underwent an MRI today that revealed a grade three left ankle sprain. He will be placed on the 10-day IL and will see a foot and ankle specialist tomorrow.

We will update with our findings at a more appropriate time. Luis Rengifo will be recalled from Salt Lake to replace Simmons.
