I bought a lenovo computer in december, WORSE MISTAKE EVER. I've had 5 months of constant calling technical support, not being able to use the device I purchased as new and supposedly functional, that was bought with the purpose of being a helpful tool for me to use in the masters degree I was starting in January, needless to say it has not been. It's been more of a NIGHTMARE, distracting me from my obligations, a HUGE headache it has certainly been, and a WASTE of my precious time having to invest it in calling you guys trying to get a solution WITHOUT success. Had it for 5 months, and its been almost 3 months of not being able to use it AT ALL.

This means the update is still undergoing testing and once the update is released, it will be available via OTA (Over-The-Air). I would like to register my disappointment with Lenovo's terrible service in Brazil! The customer service for order tracking is totally inefficient and does not help the customer at all!
