You know what I like about my yoga. It worked for a bit until it didn’t then no support or repair or proper diagnostic was anywhere to be found. Each channel messed up their recommendations and cost me money and time and my warranty. Nice work Lenovo. Still no word back about the laptop that I bought that totally broke down and got bad advice from Lenovo and Microsoft store and geek squad. All places I was told to get it looked at and fixed. Then the warranty runs out after they all tell me wrong diagnosis. And it totally breaks down and now no one will help. I think it’s wrong decision to buy Lenovo I guess. No follow up no support. No solutions. Since i haven’t heard from your company I’m going to tell as many people as possible through social media channels.

@lenovo Nick, the case manager already offered a replacement computer. This was last week. They told me it would arrive aprox on tuesday, i haven't recieved anything. In the webpage, when i try to check the order status, it says it should've been shipped on june 1st and arrived on june 6th, but it appears as if it hasn't even been shipped yet. What's going on?! I called 3 times now, they tell me they will find out and email me, but they never do. Nobody seems to know what's up, i just want my computer, and this nightmare to be over, because that's what buying a lenovo computer has been. A NIGHTMARE. And just when it seemed it was over, nope!! Again terrible service.

bought a Lenovo computer on december, WORSE MISTAKE EVER. I've had 5 months of constant calling technical support, not being able to use the device I purchased as new and supposedly functional, that was bought with the purpose of being a helpful tool for me to use in the masters degree I was starting in January, needless to say it has not been. It's been more of a NIGHTMARE, distracting me from my obligations, a HUGE headache, and a WASTE of my precious time having to invest it in calling you guys trying to get a solution WITHOUT success. I've had it for 5 months and it's been almost 3 months of not being able to use it AT ALL.

Download the Latest network adapter here: https://lnv.gy/2N4D8RM
Open Device manager
Expand Network adapters
Right-click the network driver
Select uninstall (Click tickbox to delete driver software)
Install the downloaded drivers
Restart the machine
Test if the issues are still there.

For everyone planing to buy this.. don’t. It might sound like something good but it’s not. I had to reset to default it 3 times already and I‘ve only had it for a month. It’s a complete disaster and it feel like They put it out before it was ready to be launched. I hope that i‘ll be able to return it and buy something from another company because lenovo you simply don‘t care about quality
