Everyone knows what their favorite breakfast tastes like. With the addition of my seasonings you can taste how much better and even more delicious your breakfast will become including other ways you can use your favorite flavors.⠀ -⠀ This meal prep includes egg whites and vegetables that tasted like Taco Tuesday and Spicy Everything seasonings 😎👍♨️🙌‼️⠀ -⠀ @fitchickscook:⠀ Chicken Egg Whites Muffins⠀ (Makes 24 muffins depending on your muffin cup size)⠀ -⠀ Ingredients:⠀ 500 ml egg whites ⠀ 500g of extra lean ground chicken⠀ 5-6 asparagus shoots, diced ⠀ 1/2 cup of frozen peas ⠀ 1 handful of spinach ⠀ 1 glove of minced garlic⠀ 1 TBSP of EVOO ⠀ @flavorgod Taco Tuesday & Spicy Everything ⠀ Direction:⠀ 1. Cook the veggies! Heat up a pan on med heat, 1/2 tbsp of EVOO, add garlic, then peas and asparagus. Stir fry until the veggies softens a bit (2-3 mins), then add in the spinach and add everything spicy @flavorgod seasoning and continue stirring until spinach is all wilted. Remove from pan, and place into a large bowl. ⠀ 2 Cook the chicken! With the same pan on med heat, add the rest of the EVOO and chicken. Use a spatula to separate the chicken in little chunks. Once it's cooked throughout, add Taco Tuesday @flavorgod seasoning to taste. I added about 1 TSBP. ⠀ 3. Putting it all together! In a muffin tray, I used silicon muffin cups, didn't coat it with anything (if you want them come off easier, you can brush a coat of EVOO first). Start by layering the veggies first, then a few pieces of the chicken, then pour in the egg whites right to the top of the cup. ⠀ 4. Bake it! Bake it for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. ⠀ 5. Let sit until cool, then remove from the cups and sprinkle some more @flavorgod Taco Tuesday on top! Enjoy!」5月16日 3時00分
