The IRC works closely with Jobs4Refugees who offer coaching to refugees and employers to help overcome challenges, such as language barriers or failure to recognise international qualification. The Prince of Wales also visited the Barenboim-Said Akademie, which offers degrees in music for talented young people, mostly from the Middle East and North Africa. The intensive course, delivered in English, focuses on humanities & musicology.
