Using two baking sheets, line both with parchment paper. Lay down salmon pieces on one baking sheet and sprinkle with pink s+p then top with 1 tsp ghee each. On other baking sheet, add sliced veggies and 1 tbsp melted ghee. Toss to coat. Place both baking sheets in the oven and cook about 10 minutes. The salmon should be perfectly flakey but not dry and the veggies with be al dente. Season veggies with garlic lovers and pink s+p to taste. Serve in a bowl on top of cauli rice seasoned with turmeric and ginger! Or regular rice for more carbs.」5月8日 3時01分
