Sriracha Chicken Meatballs⁣

Ingredients:⁣
Meatballs:⁣
☄️16 ounce - Chicken /ground⁣
☄️1 - egg⁣
☄️1 tbsp - parsley⁣
☄️1 1/2 tbsp - Parmesan Cheese⁣
☄️1/4 cup - panko crumbs⁣
☄️1-2 tbsp - Sriracha Seasoning⁣
☄️Pinch salt or Flavorgod S&P⁣
☄️1 tbsp - garlic / minced⁣

☄️1 cup - Tomato sauce with tomato chunks⁣
☄️1 tbsp - olive oil⁣

Directions:⁣
💥Mix all above ingredients into a large bowl. (Except for oil and tomato sauce)⁣
💥Before pan searing them in oil, lightly roll them in panko crumbs.⁣
💥Pan sear chicken meatballs in safe pan for 8 minutes over stove. Turning and searing all sides.⁣
💥pour tomato sauce over meatballs and place pan in oven for 10 minutes at 350*F or until cooked all the way through.⁣

Oven safe pan like ceramic works best, as sometimes tomato sauce will taste metallic in a cast iron pan.
