My favourite part about being a gymnast is the fact that it’s a full-time job. I get to do what I love all day, every day. That means two things; 1) I am living my dream; and 2) I spend a lot of energy on making that dream come true! When you’re training twice a day, keeping up with your nutritional needs and physical health is extremely important!
