WHOLE BODY TABATA WORKOUT 👊🏼 Here’s a great little burner for your weekend! 🔥😉
Do each individual exercise in Tabata style (20sec ON, 10sec REST > repeat the exercise 8 times for a total of 4min) ⏰🙌🏼
Have a little break after each Tabata, then keep going until you finish all 5 exercises! 👌🏼 (Total workout time = 20min)
1. RUSSIANS
2. SQUAT JUMP TO SUMO
3. PUSH UP FROGGER
4. LUNGE KNEE DRIVE (do 20sec on one leg, then 20sec on the other...keep alternating for 4min)
