Sushi stack Ingredients:
Serves 4
For the rice-
2 c sushi rice
1.5 T rice vinegar
1 T granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Cook rice according to package. When ready, scoop all of the rice out into a glass baking pan. Remove and burnt/overcooked parts.
Place the vinegar, sugar & salt in a microwave safe dish and heat for at least 30 seconds.
Pour directly over rice and gently fold repeatedly until it's combined.
Place a damp cloth over the rice.
Set aside and let it cool before preparing the dish.

Crab Salad Ingredients:
8 oz imitation crab sticks
1/4 c Kewpie mayo or regular mayo
1 tsp FlavorGod Garlic Seasoning
1/8 tsp FlavorGod Himalayan Salt & Pink Peppercorn

On a cutting board, roll a stick of imitation crab with your hand until it breaks apart and becomes stringy.
Cut the strands into 1/2" strands.
Put in a bowl and add mayo and seasoning.
Mix well.

Avocado Slices Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados, cut into chunks
2 T fresh lime juice
1 tsp FlavorGod Lemon & Garlic Seasoning
Mix all together until incorporated.

Other Ingredients-
Seaweed wrappers
Furikake
Unagi sauce, recipe below (optional)
Spicy mayo, recipe below (optional)
Unagi sauce:
1/4 c mirin
1.5 T cooking sake
1/4 c soy sauce
3 T granulated sugar

In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring the mirin and sake to a boil.
Add the sugar until dissolved and then the soy sauce.
Heat over medium-low for about 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and let it cool completely.

Dynamite Sauce Ingredients:
1/4 C kewpie mayo or regular mayo
1 T Sriracha
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2-1 tsp FlavorGod Ghost Seasoning
Mix everything together.

Assembling the stack:
Use a 3" cookie cutter to create the stack.
First add a layer of prepared sushi rice.
Second, a layer of crab/shrimp salad.
Next, avocado mixture.
Serve with seaweed wrappers and enjoy!
