Grill over high direct heat a few minutes per side, or until internal temperature reads about 135º F for medium rare.⁣ --⁣ 🥔POTATOES > Toss quartered new potatoes with olive oil, a minced clove of garlic, and season with Flavor God HIMALAYAN SALT & PINK PEPPERCORN, GARLIC LOVERS and ITALIAN ZEST seasonings.
