This week we are focusing on how necks are created and installed on our guitars. Here's how it works: 1) Wood blanks are carved from select species. 2) Blanks are carved in C&C machines to each model's specifications. 3) Necks are sanded and polished, and our experts install: truss rods, fret markets, and fret wire. 4) Logos are applied to the headstock. 5) Necks are bolted on and sent for inspection. #InternationalGuitarMonth
