When I was 12 years old I found out a movie was being filmed in my home town #MiamiBeach My mom let me skip school everyday to visit set because she knew making movies was a dream of mine. #SCARFACE was that film. I spent every day watching #BrianDePalma direct the film. He didn’t talk to me much and I stayed out of #AlPacino’s way because he was always in character but I became friendly with #StevenBauer who played Manolo! I think #DePalma thought I was the son of one of the crew members because one day I was put in the scene as an extra in the pool at the #FontainebleauHotel. You can clearly see me in the background in the pool when #Manolo gets slapped and the last shot of the scene as Tony and Manolo walk away. I was in the pool in the background floating on a raft with another extra #TeriWeigel, except she was a paid extra!
