pnrymmf If the czar would stop taxing people to death so you can give everyone free stuff and be a sanctuary city that might help. Decisions have consequences and until Ca or La decides to think about its peoples best interest it will be a problem never solved and money squandered after siphoned off by special interests. If we fixed the problems certain groups lose money and power. That is IMO why it only gets worse.
