Pretty sure this pic sums up how ecstatic I am to have been selected to represent Australia at the 2019 IAAF Athletics World Relay Championships in Japan next month.
Honestly, it has been so hard to get back into the green and gold - the depth in the Women's 400m at the moment is outrageous. I can't believe that the last time that I raced at an international event was in 2008, as an 18 year-old junior!
Thanks to my team and fellow 400 girls for keeping motivated. ❤👐
