My 2018/19 domestic running season has come to an end and aside from training I get my brunch weekends back 😅☕ It's been both the longest and most fulfilling season, with a lot of 'finallys'. I finally broke my 400m P.B. not once but twice, I finally made it on the podium at the 2019 Australian Athletic Championships (3rd in the open women's 400m) and finally, I have had consecutive years without any severe injuries (albeit a sciatic issue that decided to flare up the week of Nationals 😲, which has thankfully been easy to resolve). Thanks to everyone for all of the love and support ❤ I do genuinely have good people in my corner. I can't wait to map out the next running year 💪😊 Photo: Natalie Hanna, ACT Athletics 📸
