Often times people have a bad day and then give up! DON’T DO THAT‼️ You are literally one good meal away from being back on track with your plan. One meal won’t make you fat just like one meal won’t make you shredded. - This is what NOT to do after overindulging: 💥Don’t fast for a day or starve yourself. 💥Don’t decrease your calories the next week to make up for it. 💥Don’t do endless amounts of cardio to “burn it off”. 💥Don’t punish yourself. 💥Don’t allow yourself to feel like a failure. You are not. - ✅MY ADVICE: Enjoy it. Accept it. Move on! You can’t change the past but you can now determine your future actions!
