Last night, designer @マーク・ジェイコブス and longtime partner Charly “Char” Defrancesco (@chardefrancesco) tied the knot in an intimate, fashion-filled ceremony in New York City. The couple said “I do” and proceeded to celebrate the evening with a star-studded affair at the Grill Room. Guests—many of whom wore Jacobs’s theatrical frocks–included supermodels, industry giants, and more. For their ceremony, Jacobs and Defrancesco wore matching diamond and onyx penguin pins. The designer shared the sentimental pieces—a gift from Fabio Zambernardi, the design director of Prada and Miu Miu—on Instagram shortly before the wedding, writing, “Penguins have only one partner and mate for life.
