Since I dived deep into yoga, I learned that not only being upside down will make me a good yogi. Most of it comes from actually studying the history and practices. Lucky me I was able to stay at @holistikatulum where I finally found some peace to catch up with reading the Yoga book from @premanandayogaschool. Everything there helps you being in the mood to do so, from the beautiful Yoga rooms, to the peaceful sounds of fountains and the integration with nature. Can’t wait to go back 🙏🏽✨
