I didn't eat them all myself, but I coulda' shoulda' woulda' they were that good.. 😝 . . Check out the recipe below!! Ingredients: 1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes  1/2 cup oats 1 cup @1st Phorm Level 1 Protein. (I used the Ice Cream Sandwich flavor) 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 apple sauce 1/2 cup stevia 1 egg and 1 egg white 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp almond extract 1/2 cup cranberries 1/2 cup chopped walnuts  Directions: In a mixing bowl combine the dry ingredients together and mix, add in the nuts and cranberries and mix, then lastly add in the apple sauce, the vanilla and almond extract and the egg and mix all together thoroughly until cookie batter is formed. (i usually put the batter in the fridge overnight, and bake in the morning, but you can bake right after mixing if you wish)  Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with caking liner and spray with PAM.  Scoop out 12 tbsp of batter onto cookie sheet and bake for 12 mins.
