Directions:  In a mug combine the protein powder and the milk and beat together, add in stevia and baking powder and mix well again. Chop up 1/4 of the level one bar and drop in the middle of the mixture. Place in microwave for 35-45 seconds keeping an eye on it that is doesn’t overflow. . .
