A team of paleontologists found the "motherlode of exquisitely preserved animal and fish fossils" in North Dakota. The scientists say the fossil graveyard contains remains from creatures that died 66 million years ago when an asteroid hit Earth. The asteroid is believed to have killed 75% of the planet's animal and plant species, including the dinosaurs.
