I’m on week 3 of this and feeling good after having the last lbs left to lose after baby #3. You have motivated me to lose 50lbs from baby #1 with T25, lose 50lbs from baby #2 with T25 and insanity max so I KNOW and trust the process of this. Short intense workouts is what this stay at home mama of toddlers needs

More importantly, your motivation has reached a new level in my home as you have helped me to motivate my husband to do this program. 🙌🙌
We are on day 2 of the 3rd week and this is the most I have EVER seen him work out. In the 10 years I’ve known him in any stage dating/ married he has NEVER worked out more than 2 times a week. He is going strong and crushing it.

@shaunt I have been having shoulder pain I've been trying to workout thru from hard workouts with weights since January. Think shoulder is just over-worked (also painted the house lately 😆) Husband and I are starting Transform 20 today 😍 Any suggestions to help/modify so I don't kill my shoulder? Can't wait to start! Been watching your DVDs since Hip Hops Abs! Love you and your adorable family 💗 Thanks!

@shaunt as I sit here finishing Shaun-a-thon and crying ( and I’m not a crier) haha I have to thank you for making workouts that challenge me physically and mentally , for making me a better mom and just a better person! You give me strength and the willpower to keep going in my fitness journey and face problems I may have head on!! Thank you thank you a million times!!!

Today was my day 1. This last year had been awful and I slipped into a deep depression. I stopped working out and stopped taking care of myself. I didnt feel like i was worth the effort. Today, I'm committing to changing that mindset. Here's to transforming body, mind and spirit.

Your program is kicking my ass made it to week two. I twisted my ankle really bad last year coaching my kids soccer game . Was so worry that I was not going to keep @going but today it felt@better and I am on week two . Can’t wait to see the results @shaunt
