“The Feeling” is probably something that everyone can relate to. It’s something that cannot fully be put into words. It’s that invincible feeling when you’re in the start of a new relationship and just truly loving that feeling. I have had my share of challenging relationships and when I wrote this song I was just starting to explore the possibilities of a new relationship, so the “feelings” were all starting to bubble up inside me. And I just wanted to sing it from the rooftops. When I went into the studio on the day this was written, my head and my heart told me I had no choice but to write about it. It was all within me just dying to become a song. So I did. And it felt so good!
