I’m a hopeful romantic and I believe in love. Like the real heart bursting, happy dancing, eye sparkling, yell it from the rooftops kind of love. I’d written a whole bunch of F you songs the previous years, and I was in such a better place personally at the time of writing this album. I was in a better mindset for myself that finally felt aligned with what I really wanted to express at my core at that time. And that was a crazy stupid kind of love that I knew was out there!
