I’ve struggled with food for years, I’ve tried every diet you can think of. For me the hardest thing was finding something I could use in the long run not short term. Most fad diets are made for short term results but no one teaches you what to eat to maintain results.  _ If you really want to start seeing your body change in the gym focus on your meal plan and what your eating. Learn to meal prep and find what works for you.
