Saute the sweet potato for 5 to 7 minutes. Stirring often.⁣ .⁣ In a separate, large skillet, saute the Italian sausage over medium-high heat until browned about 3 to 5 minutes. And set aside.⁣ .⁣ Add the diced yellow and red bell peppers and FlavorGod.⁣ Stir in and saute for another 5 minutes, or until peppers have softened.⁣ Then Add in the chicken sausage.⁣ .⁣ Let saute together for a few minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are all softened.
