I used a mandoline on the thinnest slice setting. The slicing is the most labor intensive part, but it turns out beautifully!⁣ ⁣ Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Grease the bottom and sides of a 10" round baking dish with butter or ghee. Starting from the outside working your way in, arrange the veggie slices by overlapping each piece about 1/2-1" until you have filled in your dish. ⁣ ⁣ In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, pink s+p, and garlic lovers. Slowly pour eggs evenly over veggies. Sprinkle more garlic lovers on top. Slide onto a baking sheet and put in oven. Bake for 60 minutes, then check to see if eggs are set.
