When it’s cold all you really want is comfort food! REMINDER: Comfort food does NOT have to be bad for you. Some of my delicious AND nutritious favourites include:
✅ SOUPS - pumpkin soup, potato and leek, minestrone, pho or any other sort of healthy soup!
✅PASTA - home made red sauce, pesto or aglio e olio (garlic and olive oil).
✅BREAD - home made, dipped in olive oil and balsamic.
✅RICE - healthy rice bowls, sushi and congee.
✅ROAST DINNER - protein and veggies. Good for the BODY and for the SOUL!
