Every public land offers a unique experience, and one of the most powerful is standing in the Giant Forest at #Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks in #California. Over 250-feet-tall and more than 30 feet in diameter, giant sequoias can overwhelm the senses. Looking up at these majestic titans, it’s amazing to think that many of these #trees were growing tall before the Roman Empire. In the silent winter, they look even better dusted with snow.
