Happy Saturday!! Did you know the “wellness” industry has become one of the highest grossing businesses in the past couple of years, passing even the pharmaceutical industry? While I’m happy people are starting to seek alternatives to medication, I wonder are we addicted to something else now? . I say “wellness” because many, not all, out there are just another “something” sold to to because you are made to believe you lack something. What if I told you you already have the tools the be well? Would you except that? The body, on its own, wants to heal. If helped with the right food and lifestyle it will and can most often heal itself. One of the reasons we go externally for “wellness” and to #GLOW is because we feel we lack something. The first step in TRUE wellness is to accept who you are and believe you are worth feeling better. Many of the private clients I work with come to me seeking to change their health through eating. Yet when given the task plus the dedication and TIME it requires to take care of YOURSELF, truly, I hear “I’m too busy” or “I don’t like to cook/don’t know how “. Especially from women. And I’m not talking about superficial rose baths #selfcare rituals. Like anything in life worth having, your health takes Time. It took me years to be a functioning human again. I have figured out how to still enjoy myself and yet eat well and #antiflammatory Here are some clips from the last couple of classes. I so LOVE teaching what I’ve learned on my journey that still continues!! So much so I went back to school to study Holistic Health and gave a lecture on Celiac Disease that is used to teach thousands to this day. No, I’m not a doctor but I did figure out how to heal myself and you really can to. I beg of you, take time for yourself. Start to learn more about how amazing food can change your life. Come join me or start exPerimenting on your own. I spent far 2many yrs feeling awful and making excuses. You CAN feel well again. Yes, Through proper eating, changing habits but even more importantly, changing YOUR MIND to say YOU DESERVE to be WELL! Hope 2cu #!
